Watched a great movie just last night... Liam Neeson was great, playing the part of Ex/ Special services expert. His Daughter is kidnapped to be used in trafficking/prostitution etc etc... Not a happy chap he goes all out for revenge!! There are many films with a similiar storyline for example (Commando).. But this really is very very good... The film in question >>> TAKEN
Highly Recommended!

No David, I did not put them in because they are all in AFI's Top 100 with Citizen Kane at #1. Personally, a great movie is something you can watch over and over and its timeless. The movies these days are just so bad.

Citizen Kane is such a rare film, which almost never got made because Orsen Welles did it to spite William Randolph Hearst, who fought and fought to make sure it never got released. If you have seen the movie, Rosebud was what Hearst called his g.f's private parts.

Some Like It Hot is still funny, even after all these years.

12 Angry Men is great as well, the power of persuasion.

Lawrence of Arabia was O'Toole's finest moment

Maltese Falcon is up there, its beautifully done

then you got funny movies like Snatch (still funny) and the best part is Vinnie Jones trying to act   Sure beats biting the postman!

There will be blood should be added, its a little slow at times. Day Lewis is fine as the crazy prospector.

Hanna was great, with the Chems soundtrack and the ass kicking that she gave all the people in that movie.

I did forget the Dark Knight with the performance of the Joker and the crazy, evil. My fave part is when he is in jail and they are taking out the knives or when he finally burns all the money at the end...you a crazy motherfucker...

Mr.Smith goes to Washington was a normal man trying not to be corrupted....

I just never was a huge fan of the Godfather. I appreciated the movies but never was a diehard fan like some people, who could spout every single line in the movie.

Taken was great, especially after he breaks into the ship and goes after everyone and every single baddie dies.

Crank 1 was immense, especially when he starts to do his g.f doggy style in chinatown.....

Transporter 1 was great as well, was it the first one, where he rings the doorbell and the guy looks thru the lookout in the door, just as he kicks it down.

Scarface....One of the most classic movie of ALL time :)

Tony Montana quotes were Great.

1.Everyday above ground is a good day.
2.Never get high on your own supply.
3.All you have in this world is your balls and your word. Don't break 'em for nobody.
4.Always remember, this is business.
5.Always tell the truth, even when you lie.
6.Every dog has his day.
7.You're always going to be the "Bad Guy."
8.Never underestimate the other guy's greed.
9.Never forget, the world is yours.
10.Never trust nobody

Perfect...Very Good Movie :)

i don't exactly remember what movie i heard it in, i think it was "Troy" or something release in that time perios when troy was release, but prolly it is troy.. someone there said something like "if you die tomorrow, will it matter - all the things that worry you today?" i lived like that for maybe 5-6 years... do it and throw it into the river... one day at a time..
