keeping up my ratio? how to...

my ratio seems to be dropping, as people dont seem to be uploading from me... is this because i delete my downloads from my desktop where they are saved and move them to iTunes? can i fix this problem by changin the download destination to iTunes? will people be able to upload from me then, im new to this site and to be honest dont have a clue what is going on!?!?!?!

You must make sure that nothing happens to the files you downloaded. You can't move them on your computer, so make sure they are saved in the folder where you wanne keep them.
You can't change anything in the ID3 tags either cause that will also result in an unpossibility to seeds them any further and increase your ratio.
So save them in the correct folder and enjoy listening to them.
