with a "???forever warned???" you can only download from /releases.

I need some help, presently I have a ratio of 0.51 and seems that I cannot download anything not even ratio free so I can seed more..
at the moment I'm seeding what I can to get up my ratio. my question is
is it that I cannot download anything presently? because when I try I always get re-directed to the main torrents page...
any info pls?
