Share-Ratio too low

My share-ratio is 0.0014 and i can even download ratio-free torrents   .
Can i do something? Or create a new account ? I have read the new guide.

sorry, no money for donation. no torrents to upload(deleted.i have only the file.if any way to put them into the client again). So, only lottery and daily prize can do the magic ? (i dont think so)

I'm absolutly sure they can. it might just take a while and require you to log in daily.
this was also shown in the guide.

I could add you on skype and send you the files you'd need, but... i  looked at your profile and you have been living on ratio-free torrents for atleast half a year. with 22mb uploaded you would have gotten your warning when you had your first 2 gb down. its not like 1 or 2 huge files caused your trouble so all this time you knew you where doing it wrong, you kept ignoring advice, you kept throwing your torrent files away, you deliberately didn't upload(if even some those torrents where somewhat fresh when you picked them up, it would have been more then 22mb).

i'm pretty sure other people have tried to help you before and you just didn't feel like putting in effort. why would it be different this time around? i can't see any sign of you ever doing something back for the community the whole year you where here. why would i invest time and effort in something that is nothing more than a leech.

you have WARNING FOREVER, you cannot download anything but /releases page.

Actually, the lottery will help over time but you have to be patient.  Not like it will happen overnight.  It takes a whole 2 minutes to do the lottery and that is if you have to sign in.  You really need to get some upload credits as it looks like you have either hit and run or you have some settings wrong for your upload.  Just be patient and keep uploading the releases and play the lottery each time you log in and you will get your ratio up.  It could take you up to 2 months to get to a good number depending on what winnings you get.

what does mean WARNING FOREVER? and is there any way to get it off???

warning forever means you have not fixed your warning in 60 days, so your warning seems to be forever. just fix your warning in general, that's all you need to do.
