Ratio Watch Need to download old torrent files to seed

Hi All,
I am currently on ratio watch but unfortunately deleted all my old .torrent files when I moved from utorrent to qbitorrent. Is there anyway I can seed the old files or get download access for a day so I can start seeding? Even magnet links would work.
