Lele Sacchi

Behind the decks  since  1995 and a whole life dedicated to the world of music Lele Sacchi  is now  internationally recognised as one of the leaders of Italy's  electronic  and house music scene. He nearly completed an all around the  world trip  djing in the best clubs and events (from Los Angeles to  Shanghai, from  London to Ibiza and festivals as Timewarp  and Sonar and  so on), records music especially with the project Boogie  Drama  (releasing tracks for some of the coolest european electronic and  house  labels such as Systematic, 20-20 Vision, Get Physical, Moodmusic,   Liebe Detail, Brique Rouge and many others) and runs the saturday night   national show Radio2 Inthemix on state broadcaster Rai.

He shaped  Milan's Magazzini Generali since year 2000 (voted best club  by MTV and  hosting the cream of the scene such as Richie Hawtin,  Chemical Bros.,  Jeff Mills, Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos and so on…)  and does  soundesigning for fashion brands and exhibitions (from Adidas  to Prada  to Edra design…).
Lele Sacchi is one the founders and managers of  Elita, the festival  and production company and since 2008 embarked in a  new weekly  high-profile club night called Classic at Tunnel, Milan.

Being such a devoted music scholar you can also find him teaching a   course of 'History of dance music and subcultures' at IED (European   Design Institute). In 2012 Italy's biggest newspaper 'La Repubblica'   mentioned Lele as one of the 25 figures who shaped Milan in the past 25   years.

[8bit Wax Jam | Esperanza - Italy

Longside   the endless boulevards and among the industrial Turin's countless   blocks, in the heart of Mirafiori, two steps away from the factory of   the Italian Motor city, RILLS grows up with metal beats.

In this  city, with deep roots in music, becomes very soon Xplosiva Dj  resident ,  very well know music organization in Italy and around  Europe.

He  starts to play beside  International famous artists as: Ricardo  Villalobos, Carl Craig, Akufen  and Zip, just to mention some of them.

His first Ep “Bye Bye” produced  with Step, gets printed on vinyl for  the prestigious Spanish label  Esperanza. Several are the feedbacks  especially from other famous  artists: Loco Dice and Laurent Garnier are  the first to play the record  all over the world.

The following year,  RILLS  released his second record on the Romanian label All Inn Records:   “Everybody” Ep, including the hit “Peep Show” it gets super played by   artist as Raresh, Daniel Bell e Dyed Soundorom.

In 2011 the very  well known label 8bit of Nick Curly and Gorge  published "Everything  Changed" Ep. A record that expresses better the  temperament of the  artist allowing him to get more credibility within  the International  circuit.

The track “Follow the Boing” is immediately selected for the compilation that celebrates the 5 years of the label.

On February 2012 he released “Synce day one” Ep still on 8bit record with 4 tracks with deep house and minimal dark influence.

“Panoramix” is selected on  Beatport chart by Steve Bug.. RILLS’ dj set is very eclectic , sometimes  sexy and romantic, sometimes  colder and more minimal, but always  between techno and house. Resident  and founder of We Play The Music We  Love, which is the Friday of the  Club Gamma in Turin, Rills is also  resident of the historical after hour  at Doctor Sax.

His sound has been wavering trough big Italian  festivals as Club to  Club and Robot and trough important clubs of Italy  and Europe as Club  the Visionaere of Berlin, Tenax in Florence, Cassero  in Bologna,  Studio80 in Amsterdam and the Boulevard in Barcelona for the  Sonar week  2010 and many more...[/SIZE]
