what's funny about it, is that the the people he is making fun of, don't even realise it's a parody, they love it

gangnam is an extremely wealthy/expensive suburb in seoul.
oppa is literally 'older brother' but is used by ladies when addressing a close older male friend, or sometimes their boyfriend, although there is another word for boyfriend.
