PLEASE HELP!!! SEEDING AFTER REINSTALL UTORRENT

Hello,
I just format my Pc... and i have no files in my Utorrent client... i want to seed my torrents i've downloaded again because of my ratio... (I have my files in a separated folder).
How i can add this torrents on to Utorrent again ?

go to "my downloads" https://www.tribalmixes.com/downloads.php available via your profile menu, there one by one take all the torrents listed and point them to save to the folder where you have them all.
