Missing from the (DJ mag esque) Festival Poll.....

Well offically the calm is over, welcome back to chaos and anarchy that follows and preceeds the munky!!!

Firstly slash, great idea for a poll, however I think there needs to be some omitting and adding... Firstly anything that starts "Electric Daisy" should be carpet bombed as its utter shite in my opionion and special dispensation for the Vegas chapter....Rightly so Hackney "festival" from the BBC was all about and is cheesy commercial bollox... as it was in a ghetto part of london it rightly had the right amount of crap for the postcode that it was and is situated in!!!

One for me that needs adding is Tomorrowland, Belgium which knocks the socks off anything in the US (less Miami and the Burning Man)...

the top 3 for me would be (in no order)

Awakenings
Sonar, Barcelona
Exit

and add Tomorrowland in there as well!!! :thumbsup:

The one's on the list mean nothing to me as they are abroad.... The U.K festivals are pretty rubbish, the best festivals are not listed??????? :-O

come on, guys, do you read the poll question? it says there "best Festival so far in summer 2012?" Tomorrowland is only happening in a few days, same with Global. i will be doing another poll at the end of summer, maybe right after Electric Zoo, early september, to commemorate the rest of summer festivals this year.

and sure, you think EDC sucks ass, i thought so too for the most part, but digweed was there and a few other good performers, the problem is we've never gotten their mixes here, but other wise they were there... well, what am i saying? the point is, poll is a poll, it's not about "best festival we approve of in summer 2012", it's how people perceive them.. =)
