Berghain (Berlin Club)

Anyone know anyone that has been there and could tell me what it is like?

Loads of amazing techno from it and every deejay who is somebody always talks about how great the atmosphere it is

shit, maybe not the best place to post that....oh well  

yeah, we hardly have any germans left.. since bo12 stopped activity..

i have 2 mixes from drumcell

one nearly 3 hrs from this year, its quality and you can hear the crowd at times

one from last year, 7 hr (podcast on CLR.net). First 1.5 hrs is boring but rest is BANGIN!

plus all the techno deejays speak very highly about it.

do we have any proper techno from there?

saw some beautiful sets on drumcell's soundcloud page. 1 was nearly 3 hrs and one was 7 hrs....skip the first two and change and get to the last 4.5

Berghain is a special place to go.. an old powerplant house and they are known to have some
freaky and kinky gaysex at the basement, nothing ive been through thou lol. But it´s pure techno at the main floor and then there are panorama bar wich is a little bit more "relax". If u would have some artists that use to play there then check out.. Audio Injection, Drumcell, Ben Klock, Surgeon, Monoloc, Steffi, Chris Liebing, Tommy Four Seven, Marcel Dettmann among others :). It has a very special soundsystem built precisely for the room and it´s very very good. Haven´t been there in a while now but as soon i saw this post my legs started to dance :)
