Why?

why can't i upload any faster ( my download speed is good(16 kb/s) but my upload speed is bad very bad
(2 kb/s)) ?
P.S:i have no limit on my upload speed;i am uzing the azureus client.

please slash could you sort this out for me; i am trying to help you guys and in the same time help my self but this upload speed of mine is quite shitty, what can i do to increase it?

Are you connectable?

yes, connectability is the only reason here. if you are connectable, everyone can dl from you and speed will be much higher. read posts about connectable. only you can work this out yourself.
