I am an old school starcraft fan.
Right now I'm going the the campaign. What an amazing campaign!!! I don't think I've ever had this kind of experience before. But.. I've played hundreds of games yet Starcraft stands out.
I most prefer PvP,  all the races are amazing so I have no preference. Right now whipping the AI, but when the time comes, I will break out into the world, taking down the countless numbers who lack the power to stand against me. In the name of Zel'Naga they will be destroyed!! .. (yes I've been playing too much, this is how protos talk) =)   :spider:

Deviating from Starcraft,

Below are two PC games I played almost religiously:

Homeworld I & II:

(had my own clan in HW 1, played this series for almost 3 years.)

Battlefeild 2142:

(Bad ass action, satisfy your lust to kill without actually joining the military)

yeah, after playing a bit with people, placing in gold and silver leagues, i was so excited, until i saw that there are also platinum and diamond leagues, so golden isn't anything cool,..

anyways, i need trusted teammates, those who can play and are willing to get into good diamond leagues like that... when playing with random allies against a pre-existing team - it is VERY hard to win, cause you end up being the only one really playing... so basically i win only 30% of my battles... it sucks. i wanna good stats, since they don't let me have my loss-account anymore... i've had like 10 wins and 1500 losses on my old account in starcraft 1... not anymore i aint... so come on, friends, learn up, arm up, man up, and come to play with me!! =)

i purchased collector's edition for $99. it has invitational keys. what you can do is download the game from blizzard, like 700mb file or something, and i can give you this invite key, i have two of them, who wants another one? i also have 2 world of warcraft keys, but i stopped liking warcraft some long ago... those are guest keys, i dunno for how long, how many games or what, but after that you can purchase the permanent one, i guess..

sorry, i was the one who's stupid - heard something, but didn't know exactly. i just said that stuff above cause i assumed it could be downloaded from there... but here's the thing: if i have invite codes and wanna give them to a friend, how does friend get the game? download from blizzard? that was my first thought.. but no, i guess, or maybe - "not anymore", who knows now.. what i'll recommend is - download the game using torrents, from the multitude of selection choose the one that will say "downloaded from blizzard" (torrents like that i've seen for sure, but since i decided to buy it - i didn't even mess with the stolen versions), then when you get it - install it, and enter my invite code while installing it - that should work, just make sure don't apply any pirated patches or fixes... cause torrent has the original starcraft that you download when you buy the game online, you only get the code in email or something, and then download it. but if you have only code?? then get the game from the friend, install, put in code, play, like it - buy a full version code. that is what, i'm assiming, the process looks like. so basically, get the game - i'll give you the code. you know what i mean?
mohamedbashastar Little Death on August 17th, 2010 / post 35795
i know what you mean, i downloaded the game yesterday, but never got to install it yet.

good that you told me not to install any patches and stuff.

so i will install and when the key is provided, i will activate  :beer2:

hehe... i was smart enough to look at the invites... and so:

"play starcraft 2 for 7 hours of game time or 14 days from activation, whichever comes first"

how to use:
1. go to starcraft2.com/guest
2. create account or log in, if already did
3. enter your guest pass key into field provided
4. download free trial client or borrow friend's dvd to install the game...

so basically i'm sending you this code in pm in a moment...

i have 1 more code for this type of little intro to Starcraft!! someone wants to try the game? you can! even to play online with people...

i also have two 10-day guest passes to World of Warcraft, good to play as much as you want, play-time not limited, only the days... someone wants?

ps. with this Collector's Edition i've also got: behind the scenes dvd, soundtrack cd, starcraft comic issue #0, art of starcraft book, and a memory stick that looks like one of those metal plates that soldiers wear with their names on it...
