Time is 'Relative'.That means it's a subjective term based on many other factors.

In fact our human measurement of 'time' comes from the rotating Earth as it makes it's yearly orbit around the sun .All this  motion consequently producers night/day/seasons etc .  24hours/12 month etc

So in Fact 'time' is actually a 'Timing' ,of the motion of physical Mass .
