Can I make a donation from Poland by PayPal? 'cos if I can't there's no reason to make an account there

yeah, donations will be highly appreciated now.. sorry, but i think i won't be able to get money out of the prevois hosting company, but i'll try. anyways, now we have about $100 and server rent is now $89/month.
