hello, my ratio was too low and i was banned, but now i reached the needed ratio for downloading and i'm still banned, what's the problem?

it cannot be like that. everyone continues downloading fine when ratio is removed, but you cannot. please make a screen shot of what website tells you in yourt client or right here and post it here.
