Check out local gyms. Alot of them are starting to carry them. They are no joke a half hour workout will hurt in the morning.

i've had them back in russia.. things are heavy (16kg usually, afair, about 35 ponds, i guess).. but at that age i was just scared of those things... too heavy... =) i guess, the shape means alot there - it's smooth and nice and won't scratch you, if you lose it.. but well, if you do let go of it when you put it all the way up above your head - it could easily splash your brains on the wall... =)
