Forgot Account name and Password

(user gone) on February 8th, 2008 / post 24069
I seem to have forgotten my password and username since its been awhile since I've been here and none of the usuals are working. The form for resetting my password myself seems to be broken. I have created this new account to see if its possible to have my password reset (emailed to whatever email it was registered with) and this account deleted. The two possible emails associated with the account would be one of these:

spamincarnate [at] excite [dot] com

I would like to keep using this site, but I don't want to cheat my old ratio  :thumbsup:
