I just got a digital cam help me out

Is there any progs you recommend to use for playing around. Like putting a bckground on your pic or something. Maybe like making a Mcloven Id. lol. Or taking a pic and adding some jail bars behind you. Maybe you all can recommend some prog like photoshop or something. thanks

I don't know of any Boc, but I'm sure there are lots of fun stuff to do with pic in photoshop.  I haven't played around with my software yet, but they have so many useful tools and I'm sure you can overlay images.  You might need to find the images first to put together.  Could be fun!  

you can use ACDsee 8 photo manger for simple editting and adobe for funny stuff like photo shop and for videos you u can use final cut but I don't know versions and I didn't use it on windows I 've used it on imac and it was awesome and so accurate  

photo shop is the best i think but its not very CPU friendy..
