uploading sets to other trackers?

I was wondering what the TribalMixes policy was regarding uploading sets to other trackers.  I am a member of other private trackers where this music might be spread to others.  I would, of course, use the same torrent name and give credit to the uploader and the website, if thats what is required by the rules as it seems.  But I don't want to be banned from my favorite source of new tunes.
