Upload Giude For VBR (Variable Bitrate), page 1

Please, everyone who want to upload read this before make a mistake and loose upload rights.
Quote: VBR (Variable Bitrate), or less commonly variable bit rate, is a term used in telecommunications and computing that relates to the bitrate used in sound or video encoding. As opposed to constant bitrate (CBR), VBR files vary the amount of output data per time segment. VBR allows a higher bitrate (and therefore more storage space) to be allocated to the more complex segments of media files while less space is allocated to less complex segments. The average of these rates is calculated to produce an average bitrate for the file that will represent its overall sound quality.
Thats why if a vbr encoded set is shown on the main page as 320/256/224 kbps will be deleted from now on. Please make you sure its 320/256/224 or VBR before upload. Its too easy to understand if one file is 320 or vbr because of the file size. If not, make some research yourself (if you want to be an uploader and contribute somehow, make some work to be more than the average user). Consider this as a upload rule. Good luck :-)

:-) OK
As long as the VBR depends on the quality factor (LAME: -Vx, x=0,1,2... or neroaacenc: -q X.YY)
it would be good for it to be mention in the torrent information also.
For example: VBR @320 kbps. :-)
