new!!! private torrents! if u can't seed

hey, this is some news  flash here... as of right now, every uploaded torrent automatically gets 'private' flag in it, so when you upload it, it is modified and saved no matter if it had such a flag or not. later i will find a way to check for that flag and won't modify torrent if the flag is present already, but for now - let's have it this way. so... if you cannot seed new torrent, peer is rejected by tracker saying 'not registered', just redownload torrent from the tracker and do as usual - seeeeed!!

ps. i hope everyone will read this. otherwise you will be loosing torrents...
