problem in rating torrents

hey,
first of all sorry if i missed something, i am really busy this period and i have tried to look in the forums but couldnt find anything about this, so i decided to post a thread here.
Basically, since 3-4 days I am unable to rate torrents:
1. in some torrents there is the star sign yellow light like if i have already rated it, even though i actually havent
2. in the others, it says not rated yet, but still i am unable to rate it as i do not have the option avilable.
any help aprreciated.

the matter is, v.i.p.-s have been taken away their privilege of rating torrents without snatching them. now you need to actually download mix first, then you can rate it, like all users and power users do. it's always about some few bad personalities that would exploit their accidental rights to screw around and stuff, and then all others ov the same user-class pay... =)

no its not enough, i think it must be the same for every single person here, vip, uploader or mod, we are all users one way or another and we should not take this like payment but fact
