SEEDING PROBS

hi all im new here and ive got problems with utorrent seeding. my connection its a 1mb adsl so i can download with 120kb/s but if im seeding theres an ex: 80kb to dl and 40kb outgoing. so, i want to limit my up to dl faster. i want to set up uploading "when downloads finished" with high priority(im downloading only when im sleeping so if any download finished at 3:00am i can seed to 11:00-12:00am with high priority and ratio.
im asking "Old Torrentsuckers": how to set it in utorrent? coz now i downloaded my first mp3 from here and want to seed, i will seed with high priority and ratio when my dls completed, can u guys help me?

just make the download and upload in the defualt which is  (0) this will make u take all u r download connection and don't forget that torrents is not like P2P programmes or like the internet explorer , it depends on the Number of the seeders and type of their connection if they r Few but if there is alot of seeders i think u will get all u r connections speed.
