New Ratio-Free (Ever_Life)

Hi there all...

I have one question....Why is it always (as far as i'm member here...) i mostly see trance ever_life torrents??? I mean, torrents one the first page must be new, right? So why there are some ever_life and mostly trance??? :-(

Can't they be progressive, breaks, tribal??? :-P

Give more progressive to the new ones here!!!!! :mml:

Any way....I have 2 PCs 24/7 and full seeding but no one takes what i have....This is why i have only 934MB upload...As you can see, i have everything for seeding...
It propably be good idea if i could seed some sets that there are not here but i can't...I'm "new" and not power user.... :-/

how much is your bandwidth? isn't your client limited somehow?

btw, these ferry corsten megapacks are set to ever_life, but if you check all the everlife torrents (https://www.tribalmixes.com/browse.php?sort=5&type=asc) you see that MOST of them is not in the trance category...

I have set utorrent's limits for Up&Down to Unlimited....There are no lpeers... :'-(

don't expect ferry corsten to play house, when he has the style of trance... all of his music is trance... i've been talking about everlife torrents on the main page... btw, there are 3 ferry corsten megapacks, each of them belong to one torrent. everlife property can be set only on a torrent, not on a file in a torrent :)

about bandwidth/university connection: in my school, they have 10gbps to hungary (https://www.niif.hu/images/halozatitopologia_2006.jpg), but i don't know their international bandwidth :) of course, all of the pcs are behind a firewall, so they are NOT connectable, so you can't use these pcs for seeding. (you don't have access to the firewall)

128kbps for upload is not that great :-\

I'm from Greece and as you can see here :https://www.edet.gr/images/diktuo/Mar06.gif we don't have fast internet :'-(

But about the firewall, i know that, but i don't have problem...i work there so i have my own Pc there (it's not a public one) so i have no problems with firewalls and limitations (in some ports).... ;-)

If i had any there was no point working there because i can't... I'm connectable from there (it is tested).

About my home connection i know that 128 is not that good but the fastest connection i could have is 1024/256 but that is 55Euros/month (not good at all....) :'-(

I know that in France, are testing 2.5/1.5 Gbps (direct from house to server) for only 70Euros/Month..... :-/

EDIT: Yes you know the international...10Gbps...The red line to the GEANT...In greece we have 2x2.5Gbps....LAME!!!!

hehe, that 10gbps is for about 2-3k computers... but usually you can download with about 6-8mbytes/sec, if the other side is fast enough :) although it's not suitable for bittorrentting (at least not for students).

about your problem: i've an 1024/384 connection, and i've uploaded 167Gbytes. Now I don't seed with this nick since about february. With 128kbps you'll get about 1/3 of the upload, but it should be enough... take a look. 4.713 ratio with 384kbps means about 1.57 with 128kbps. using awards, it could get much higher. but if it isn't enough, then try seeding from the university, that would probably BOOST your ratio..

StashX I have the same internet speed and i had the same problem.Here in Bulgaria we have nice internet connections but not in the city I'm in .. so i too am 512/128 - 64kbps/16kbps . At first it was hard to raise my ratio but I stopped all downloads and stopped everything else except torrents from here to seed. :) Oh and download(if you aren't stripped off your download priviliges as I were :) ) some popular torrent like John Digweed Hernan Cataneo or Martin Garcia that will raise your ratio very very nicely :))

Edit: My ratio atm isn't very good but it was like about 0.650 after 1-2 days of seeding :wink:

Also I fucked up cause I downloaded a whole bunch of breaks torrents cause that's my favourite style and they are downloaded poorly , so download more popular torrents so you could get a high ratio .
