Complain Topic(about ratios)

I was very happy when I have found this site to download some of the rarest sets of my favourite music.
Therefore I got  registered and downloaded 11 sets a total of 1.04gb. I did not remove the torrents from my client. Probably I have chosen sets that are not so popular anymore? After almost 2 months my downloading has been banned I still have the warning and cannot download.
A good chance for me would be if I could share with the community in here the mp3s that I have got from other sources but for some reason I can't. You can see that I am registered for almost 10 weeks what do I need more to be able to upload new torrents. Is it a matter of ration again?

My ration until now was just 0.05 and just today I used the immortal points to take it to 0.084.
I agree there should be a ratio system but something is against me and I dont know what!

For example now my client shows that there are 2 users asking for Nick Warren Promo June 2006 but no one is connected to me no matter how many restarts and update tracker I do.
On the other hand under my account on this page I see that no one is leeching them. What is going on?

about uploading: it's just for power users+, read faq/rules, you've checked the checkbox of these two when you signed up:

i have read the site rules page.

i agree to read the faq before asking questions.

for the reason of not allowing users to upload: when upload was open, we got a lot of old/bad quality sets, and a lots of sets that has been posted before. people think of uploading as increasing their ratio. simple seeding does that.... btw, now you get immortal points for seeding old/everlife/etc torrents, check faq about that...
