THOUSANDS OF CHRYSANTHEMUMS AND ANEMONE’S DROPPED OVER SITE SPREADING LOVE, JOY AND AMAZEMENT!

Global Gathering will ensure ticket holders experience that special summer of love feeling by arranging for it to rain. Instead of a deluge of water, crowds can be expected to be rained on by thousands of beautiful flowers. A Dutch company called Flower Rain will host three flower drops over the site. A helicopter will fly 200 metres above the Long Marston Airfield, pouring out roughly 100,000 chrysanthemums and anemone’s on crowds below, giving them a surge of happiness as they watch them fall slowly to the ground

William Willems, the artistic brain behind the idea said “This is the first time we are bringing the blossom rain to the UK and our missions is to spread love joy and amazement over the good people at Global Gathering.”
