Converto first, followed by the more well-known Y2mate and 2conv, if one of these fails. This is typically the third choice, and often works with German video. However playlists aren't supported by it. Converto is perfect for video playlists. You can view all the videos within it, and it will suggest downloading the original video files one at a time or convert them to the format of mp3/mp4. Converto is available in various languages and is totally safe.

My second choice is Y2mate. However, at times, it's my primary option. While it's not an issue but it's annoying to see that there are so many redirects, advertisements as well as full screen banners as well as other distractions.
