I own a GearVR so this hq VR stream is pretty cool :)

the HD stream will not feature full sets according to the published schedule.

the VR streams do seem to feature full sets so you can always demux audio afterwards for full sets if you want.

the Parookaville VR streams are 14mbit btw :)

does it seem like they are using microphone for the sound? it does to me... or is it cause they do mix in the crowd a bit, and that resonates somehow creating too much noise?...

i was just thinking, would this command "copy /b *.ts final.ts" generally create ts file as good as any software would? or would there be excessive metadata due to simple glueing with 'copy'?

any *.ts file uses more metadata than a *.mkv/*.mp4. The joined segment output *.ts will have the same size as when you would have captured it with ffmpeg to *.ts format.

you can always remux it to the mp4 container afterwards right?

I use TSsplitter to stitch the *.ts files btw.

Not anymore since I moved to Berlin unfortunately. Not allowed at my flat.
I guess this is the feed for worlwide tv transmissions. They had one last year too that was broadcasting even different sets (I still have Sasha and Beyer/Engberg exlusive from last year if anyone needs it from ARTE Concert).

yeah, that's what i'm doing, but i removed the software for some reason, and now didn't wanna go installing something, so decided to just batch it by copy-ing all ts files together. worked WAY faster than software, btw.. =)

and then i convert to mp4 with ffmpeg, and then extract audio into mp3 also with ffmpeg.. and lame.. and so first sets are in..

they already put like half of the videos on youtube... basterds,,, they ruining my hard work with audio, could've just downloaded it all from youtube today... =)

This channel is used for broadcast unite?

tomorrow there's actually as much underground as it is edm there.. 2 streams vs 2.

also 2hr Solomun on main stage.. among steve angello, oliver heldens and yellow claw.. what a company for solomun.. =)

But only with audio, the videobitrate of the livestream is definitely better.
