thanks! that article suggests you need a special app but other Dutch articles mention it will be a vr live stream on Mysteryland's YouTube channel.
I have a Gear VR so either way I'll try to catch it. Hopefully the bit rate is high, that's really an issue for 360 streams atm...

that depends. we don't know yet.
BBC Rio Olympics VR were in 360 degrees 2D.
Tonight https://www.nextvr.com/bundesliga will be 180 degrees 3D SBS.

Yes, it always went offline. And to be honest it wasn't a pleasure to watch at all. Just one (!) 360° camera setup, not more.

stream was nothing much indeed, but I couldn't capture the 1440p stream live. Anyone else could?

Do you have your own VR glasses and want to experience Mysteryland from your couch? Then download this app. The special VR livestream will consist of a mix of music from both leading and emerging artists, particpating art installations, and a behind the scenes peek backstage. The livestream will be broadcasted on Saturday August 27th from 12:00 to 23:00 and on Sunday August 28th from 14:00 to 23:00 via an app.
