Got the reward for my own re-seed-request :D, page 1

Hey... :) .

Today I got 2 rewards for re-seed-requests I put up some time ago, because I was the first one seeding the torrent for 48h after getting it myself. I guess this is somehow unintended, because the points should have gone to the person from which I got the torrent after making the request. I don't know how difficult this is, but the person making the request should probably blocked from being rewarded somehow.

no... who does 48hrs first - gets the girl.. it is only fair. if original reseeder doesn't bother with getting the award - it's up for grabs by anyone..

i mean, in that case it'd only be fair to allow first seeder to get that award, or noone, because everyone else will download the torrent and seed it and get the award instead, if you feeling my drift.. makes no difference in that case, if it's the original requester, or someone else.. even more fair to give it back to the original, cause why should it go to someone who downloaded it with you, and just finished earlier than you and got 48hrs right beforeyou, so after all he/she got points for seeding it, not for actually having it and and actually reseeding it.

ps. 48hrs has been a long time thought, and it is reasoned by 1) - allowing good long time for requester to download the torrent and 2) to avoid cases when reseeder gets away with points without actually seeding a bit of data.
