Is the advanced options search broken?, page 1

I'm trying to search for torrents 1GB and larger, and when I click on search, it won't list torrents that are at least 1gb in size. This advanced search was just working a few days ago. I get the same list of torrents no matter what search settings I apply. I tried clicking both search buttons to see if it made any difference, but it won't fix it.

See below, I searched for 1GB torrents minimum, and I still see top search results that are well under 1GB... what's the deal? I swore this was working just perfectly the other day.

Does anyone know why the search options don't work as they should? For example, I am trying to search for all torrent titles containing the word "2015" with the option of filtering file size 500MB or less. It still won't have any effect on my search. I tried clicking on both start search (on top) and search button (below).

I've never used the search to find small files, I'm not that fussy, however trying your criteria, I get the same results, however to get the smallest first you can select the "size" column  as I believe the initial results you got are in chronological order...however once I selected via size it will sort either the smallest or largest first... so you will have everything from 2015...

one of those cases "noone uses it, so why fix it?"

It has been broken for a long time.  I would like to be able to use it but I've only really needed it a few times... every time I just gave up and was able to find stuff by sorting like munkyn said.

Thanks I was excited to try it again but unfortunately it still doesn't carry over search to page 2, for example try it with torrent size 1 gigabyte and larger.

it does now...

if pushed the search to the limit of its capabilities, i must admit, by pressing buttons one can't combine category search and extended search at the moment. on the other hand it can be done by adding &cat=N to the search url in browser.. a little trick, try to add several different categories that way... also do not forget, category search is very thorough, it includes torrents with such category being an 'added' one.

for example, find house and trance torrents of 200mb+
