Torrent help, page 1

Hi there ,
I had to reboot my computer , when i started my torrents back up to seed , the two torrents doubled so in my profile i was seeding the same two sets twice , i've closed my torrent program and it now says i'm seeding two ( one of each set ) even though i haven't got my torrent program open , when i open up the torrent program it comes up again that i'm seeding the two sets twice still 9 so i've closed them again ...is this normal ???  
i haven't had this problem before .

it is not a problem. and it is listed in F.A.Q.

the thing is, when you've closed client (computer crush or whatever), it didn't report to tracker, that it is closing all active torrents (no wonder, it couldn't do it), that is why they stay there for a while, about maybe for an hour or so. and get deleted from database when dead-time-out-rule kicks in.

My client shows I've been seeding since I downloaded some sets but it's not registering on my info page? Still says 0%. Any help would be appreciated...thanks

Smooks i have just checked your profile and there a 0 files seeding....

Your latest 5 files on question will not have a high volume of traffic on them. They have been released for sometime now. The only way which will heal, is to leave your torrent client open.

Ok. So just continue to leave my client open? Will I be charged for hit and run on these? I have left my torrent client open since I downloaded those files...shouldn't there be at least a little action on them?

I have just had a look over your profile again, I note you have 0 seeds.

There is not going to be any upload action available unless you have something to offer when a downloader comes along.

I have nearly 2gb uploaded on the hernan, nick file from leaving it open from when I downloaded the file.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong...just checked my client and those 5 files all still say "seeding". Any idea what I need to do?
