3 hit-n-runs on torrents not even downloaded?, page 1

So as the title suggests I've received 3 hit-n-runs on torrents that I haven't downloaded, so how I have them I don't know. Anyone shed any light on the situation?  

For info I only have access to Tribalmixes on one computer and have a NAS with built-in torrent client that I seed from.

Pretty annoying having to spend my points on stuff that I haven't touched. If you can see if/when I downloaded these torrents let me know because I can't.

due to a programming error dating all the way back to 2005, two narrow ip ranges starting with 1.xxx and 2.xxx were treated as 'reserved', and an empty ip was assigned to user account in such cases. anyways, about 70 users had their ip in those 2 ranges, and when hit-n-run policy came, some users exploited this specific leak, thus some other users ended up with some unknown snatches in their accounts..

this was fixed a while ago, about 8k snatches were removed from system, cause it was unclear who of the 70 users to attribute them to, but some 300 snatches were left to be possibly claimed, maybe you accidentally "claimed" some of them..

I just got a Hit and Run for Carl Craig Live at Movement that I downloaded only yesterday. I checked my Utorrent and it was Seeding fine. (along with about 20 others) I have just had to fix it (which is no big deal) but it is a bit of a ballache to spend points and time on things you don't think you have done wrong.

please, tell me, what am i supposed to do in this situation? you are obviously wrong, but along the way, it seems like you're accusing me of wrongdoing? should i read between the lines? do you even understand that you have 2 weeks since download, and only after 14 days since the completion you will or will not get hit-n-run for it? do you???

i don't know... i guess that's how call center people feel, when someone frustrated calls and curses out the first person who answers..

if you paid just a tiny bit attention, you'd notice, that hit-n-run was for carl craig in chili that you downloaded 2.2 weeks ago.
