If its in my cable channel pack and not broadcasted at same time yeah, got tv card, otherways most channels got live feed also on there webpages (which be able to record on vpn to i guess). Although its less q then cable  
But dont know whats getting broadcasted yet just noticed it last year while i was zapping through.
