Download credits disappeared, page 1

I "cashed" three download credits and my share ratio remains the same...  WTF???

why do you think you're entitled to use "WTF" in this situation?

why do you expect some kind of help or explanations while being so rude?

I'm sorry! I DIDN'T MEAN IT AS YOU READ IT - I meant wtf has happened? If you choose to take that as rude then you are deliberately misunderstanding... YOU could have asked me what I meant by it rather than jumping to the wrong conclusion.  Just forget the Download Credit, it's more trouble than it's worth.

Incidentally, you've been talking about how to improve the site; how about being more welcoming and helpful??

The site reports my David Guetta (and previously Martin Garrix) as not connectable... RUTracker, Trader's Den & zappateers aren't having any problem... nor is the Pirate Bay or KickAss...  For the Martin Garrix (reported thus) I had a share ratio of 1.423 (I mentioned that in the Shout Box but deleted it as it had been ignored for 3 days)...  I have stopped, Force Rechecked and Force Started these, even deleted them and reinstated them from Incoming folder with a Recheck ... I have shut down the PC for a while and restarted at least once a day... I have checked my firewall and BitTorrent has full access; as I said, nothing else has the problem...

...and the TM tracker is almost permanently offline or "updating".  It's on working now (all trackers are) but I'm still 100% not connectable...  Any suggestions?  I hope you don't take this as being rude as that is not the intention!!

i don't think you understand what is "being connectable". it means you will have better opportunity to seed when seed is needed. you only download torrents from releases page, which noone else downloads really, so i wouldn't expect any big sharing there.

as for your ratio, what was it before you applied the awards, and what was it after it happened? have you had your downloads more than 1MB as it is now?

I wouldn't of thought any David Guetta download would deserve credit in any shape or form
