Yeah I read this in the paper today .... They call it something different in Yarkshire " Breadcake " Or summat along those lines ... Strange... Bap or Bread Roll me thinks !!!!! 



I remember as a boy, sometimes buying a whole uncut white cooked loaf...scooping out the dough after cutting one end off and filling it with crisps and ketchup then munching it down!!! Defintely a northern thing!!!

Its like a flat breadcake that hasn't risen... really good for full english sandwiches... will find a picture
