This is where GU decided to go in a different direction. It was released in October 2002, so nearly 10 years and its one of my favorites (well fave faves...in my top 5) I love the opening in CD 1, to dj shadow to the dub rap of dusted and it just keeps going. I love the breakbeat sensibility. Its there and it keeps going...and the last track, the remix or re-edit of Ian Brown - FEAR.

CD 2 is the nastier of the two discs. Its just plain flithy with pitch black and then kybosh - the revolution. Just breakbeat and dirty house and then he throws you a curve with the hip hop of dead pres... and more breakbeat. He hits his stride with the beautiful glitterball - love the melody. He gets to gravastar then the bridge track then my fave track of the entire album, his remix of the doves - there goes the fear

This mix just gets darker as it gets going and I always loved listening to it, looking out at the changing colors of the leaves...

yeah, man, i really, really, really, really, really loved this one. i love Lavelle's work in general and an UNKLE, and this one was amazing. i just can't have enough of his drops and transitions and switching of styles in the middle of the patterns, it's ridiculous, but it's so harmonically good, i just can't have enough!!
