NuBreed cds were about NEW DJs or NEW MUSIC?, page 1

what do you think? were NuBreed doubles from GU about introducing new names? or were they rather introducing new music styles/genres, even simply - new productions?

They were originally for introducing new deejays if I remember correctly and I would say the series up till number 6 did its part. Look at the 6 of them, they are huge now. The other great thing was, when they said they were doing a nubreed, lots of stuff turned up (read howells notes).

I do think tho, it pushed new music as well. Look at 3 where Lawler pushed an entire 2 hour mix cd of tribal house and got everyone going with good tribal.

4 pushed Sander's own productions...his mix of scorchio and his track hidden agenda

6 pushed Satoshi's own productions especially Graffik - A Lesser Man....
