So you bug me and bug me and I see NOTHING for your precious GU021 from a duo that was at their best in 2001-2003. Who are now shite and played in the NEW capital of your precious motherland MOSCOW

lets talk about it, is this bothering you?

about the album. first track i hear always think about this cd. last 4 tracks on the first one are off the hook, after hearing those only the heartless person can still stay mad at dance music, the house music. autoporno, coming down, falling, deeper water, the second cd can set the mood by just reading the track names. this double is in my opinion one of the top 5 best ever albums ever made. the true proper honest house music... the reason i've lost my cool and became a goddamn pill popper.. back in the days...

how did GU 021 change your life?

What an album.....

I remember this was the most anticipated album release which i hung out for, i remember counting down for months waiting for it to arrive. I remember so subscribing to every available promo, so on and so on...

The remix of Rapture and Dido are off the planet and that John Creamer and Stephane K track on cd2 rocks my world!

Two guys at the height of their game, producing some magic, unforgettable remixes and putting together 2 of the most memorable cds of all time...

 

I liked Toronto better for the extra two discs. Should have been there actually but caught the stomach flu at Tiesto...the week before!...Dec 7th. The actual recording for GU025 was DEC 14th.2003...well not recording but you know....lol....it was studio not live...rest of story for the gu025.

I loved Moscow for the autoporno track. Only track I miss from this time and that Deep Dish hammered was fucking Dirty Dirty...still in 2001, they were hammering it. Its a nasty slice of progressive house. Deep Dish just easily moved from track to track....at that time. None of that soulless minimal shit....this was music with soul.

Deep Dish, Moscow... Certainly one of the better GU releases, I agree with Moocowdan John Creamer & Stephane K - I Wish You Were Here (16B Remix) is a belter of a track. I have seen Deep Dish play live a couple of times now & they always deliver the goods. I'm now listening to GU 028 half way through disc 1 ... Really very good, I will comment further when Andy reviews this one in the Forum's...
