Nah i don't think Krafty Kuts will swerve that way, like Frangellico he would use bits and pieces of dubstep here and there to thrill the crowd...
Well i hope he doesn't go that way....
Lets see... who else could go to Dubstep.... David Guetta? maybe he will stay with his rap supporters, Tarkan - no he never will
i will think of more throughout the day. Saturday morning and my mind is going in reverse....
Have a top weekend people!

Krafty Kuts DID go dubstep at times
Meat Katie will play virtually everything
I can listen to a bit but I love other genres. Its EDM and it is what UK garage moved from. So what?
The one that hurt me the most was Zinc and Hype....they are dnb legends but so fucking what

no, don't think coxy will. he's been consistent over the years, yes, doing some weird electro lately, but i hope it will pass and he'll be back to techno and tech. his recent Rock in Rio set sounded kinda nasty, but i was really surprised to hear one of Adam Freeland's favorites there Rage against the Machine - KILLING IN THE NAME, quite an accomplishment for him. =)
@Andy: we can all listen to dubstep sometimes, i am sure. but the point is, we, or i personally, don't wanna hear Sasha or Zabiela playing it, right?

How I personally feel is that the 'vibe' you get in your body/mind/soul/head/heart (call it what you want) is too different and incompatible with House/Techno/Trance/Electro.
I think Dub works well with Breaks and Breakbeat, DnB, Garage and certain electronic/electro tracks.... but that's it.
Personally I prefer to keep it in it's own bag when I'm in a club - I don't even want to hear it in a DnB set for example, never mind in a House set.
Call me old fashioned if you will, but I think that Eclectic or mashed up sets stink.
I have no issue with mixing genres that go together, e.g. Techno/House, or Trance/Breaks or whatever works.
Just my opinion though :)

I expect Tiesto will end up playing mainly Dubstep soon.
I mean, he started out making hardcore tracks and then playing Techno before he switched to Trance. Then he moved to Electro and House. (Albeit crap Electro and crap House.)
He's about due to up sticks and switch his genres again I would think........... give him another 5 years and he'll be doing rap/RnB/Hip-Hop or Breaks.

BUT! over the last couple of years, i've noticed some of my beloved DJs really turning to dubstep... the list is long, but major ones i can say: DJ Icey (breaks into dubstep), Rob Swire from Pendulum (beautiful d'n'b into dubstep + electro as Knife Party), Funkagenda (house into electro + dubstep), Annie Nightingale (breaks into dubstep), Crissy Criss (d'n'b into dubstep), DJ Hype (d'n'b into dubstep), Noisia (d'n'b into dubstep), Meat Katie (breaks into dubstep), Boys Noize (techno into dubstep), and some others..
lets put a wager here and see who turns into dubstep next? what do you think?
it's obvious, the weakest links to possibly turn to dubstep are doing breaks and d'n'b now..
i think Krafty Kuts could swerve onto the dubstep road, also Deekline could go that way.. what do you think?
