Its a real shame, they broke up in 2003 (just before album 3 was to be released) but honestly what a perfect way to go out. Two of the most influential albums of all time. The first album called Leftism which was released in 1995, is still ranked by the music press or the deejays (depends on who gets asked) as number 1. They then nearly knocked the roof out at their legendary gig at Brixton Academy in 1995, where chunks of plaster were falling down due to the bass!. My favorite release was album 2 called Rhythm and Stealth, which was a dark music journey.

they are/were the best

They did not release lots of releases, the output was very small vs. say Slam but the two albums were landmarks in EDM history....

if there was no leftism released back than i doubt i got so much involved in edm, it is still amazing

still both very cutting edge, even after all these years.

Love Leftfield, true pioneers. Not Forgotten is one of my very best records.

Paul Daley is a quality DJ too, i seen him warm up for Sasha in '92.

they had a great mix from homelands off radio 1 in 2000....it was bloody awesome, same goes for their EM from 2000.
