Swordfish was an incredible movie, Halle Berry was topless.....and the soundtrack was amazing. John Travolta as the crazy ass bad guy.

hehe.. i saw it mainly for HB at first, then saw it again, and again... was really into hacker-stuff back then... and on 2nd or 3rd viewing, i realized music was the reason i returned to it...
yes, there can be no questions. Paul Oakenfold is one of the greatest djs of all times. i can talk some shit about tiesto, ferry, even deep dish for breaking their duo, but about Oakenfold all i can say are good things.. there was a set of him spinning completely drunk and even there he did quite a nice job. recently i moved away from him and trance in general, so haven't heard oakie's mixing for a few years, i think, but that doesn't change anything...

One word.... Courtyard at Cream in Liverpool 6th birthday...now that was a night..after the late 90s he lost it big time, shame he didn't lose the shit hair that he now has!!!
Mixing was/is poor alot of the time, however he mad eup for it with great sequencing..shame he has lost everything now and plays shitty venues in Vegas... what happened to albums like Perfecto Fluro...played this none stop when I was on tour in the army in northern Ireland in 1996!!!!

Cream 6th Birthday - Essential Mix....Pete Tong and Oakenfold
that was a fucking mix. Even tongy got into the act by playing a blinder. He dropped the under appreciated Subsola - So Pure...with that beautiful vocal
Oakenfold was tops for his hour.

Paul Oakenfold
He is truly as has been now, he used to be amazing but he is a tosser now but these threads are to remember the old times!
From 1997 to 2000, he could do no wrong. Even with re-releasing Bullet In The Gun a few times...
Got any stories or memories of the good old times
