Sorry but I never add my opinion in the first post, sorry if it offends you.
This was done at the height of progressive and Sander Kleinenberg had just released his excellent Nubreed 4, which I still love.
It starts so deep, dark and nasty with some great acapellas (like brother gonna steal a hubcap, gonna smoke a joint, brother is gonna go to jail, the man who tried to steal america is not in jail). It gets going in the second hour but the first hour is tops.
opinions?

yeah, sander was seriously rocking back then.. "this is not miami"? child's play compared to that EM and nubreed 004, which i, too, cannot forget. the opening track of that nubreed has caused me to work hard and save money and set a nice 1200Watt audio system in the car i've had back then, just to hear the real basssssss.. to be honest i cannot recall the essential mix itself.. maybe i have it, maybe i don't.. but a great idea could be to do a simultaneous upload of the EM (if it's not here yet), plus a link to it in the thread.. this way such people with short memory as i am would be able to download the mix and join the discussion.

Yes, top Idea.... I will support this idea, in fact i may have most of the mixes you put forward, if this is what you like?
I do believe one of Sanders best mixes was this mix and a mixmag cover cd around the same period... Like Lawler around the same period he had a dark, twisted progressive sound that was addictive. I may have a copy of both of these mixes somewhere , I will sift through the six crates of cds to try and unveil it for us.
