I also use DC to find some tracks, but mostly to get some track rips!

Wow, this is just an incredible resource of random links that all of our users have decided to share with us.  Thank you very much for the resources provided, I hope that I can find many great tracks to get and start experiment with.  It would be REALLY cool to spend some time and make my OWN mixes, exactly how I like it...I figure it will take some hard work, hours invested, but maybe in the end I will send up with a couple of mixes to start out that I made on my own that I can listen to and take great satisfaction that I was able to compile some great tracks on my own and make them fit into a mix of *MY* liking.  Something like this would be an accomplishment for me.

Who knows, maybe in the end I make some very unique and creative mixes that not only will I enjoy, but maybe other people out there will be blown away as well.  I am sure at first the mixes will suck, but I will keep working on it and see what I can come up with.  If I make anything to be proud of I will gladly share them here on Tribal Mixes.  After all, TM is the most incredible place for unknown, up and coming DJs, or DJs that are trying to get started out int he scene.

And for a lot of the Tribal Mixes DJs that are featured, these are no more than some beginners that want to showcase their skills/song selections and something I find gems on here from DJs who are completely unknown, but certain people here at TM give them a try and end up following these small-time DJs as a hobby.  I hope TM runs stronger than ever, and maybe one day, in a few months I can contribute a mix of my own...

Takes a little more searching but their are some Good quality tracks.Quite often the producer has given you the free license to mix and/or adapt them .

Also a Good place to find music that you want to sample legally.

Creative commons licensed music may still be in it's infancy.But as traditional copyright  tries to maintain it's strangle hold on what and how much music we can listen to,Creative commons music will be the future if we are to move on towards a better civilisation .
