I can't connect to server :( .. is  there a specific port?

the port is 6666 or 6667  
and now if u cant connect tell me ...

auther irc servers can be used: irc.omega.bg, irc.comnet.bg irc.spnet.net port 6667  

i have conected thru irc.spnet.net, but noone is on tribalmixes channel.

when i and my friends are online i always stay @ #tribalmixes ...  

in other server can I join in thist channel...only on spent can I joining?
because when i`m join in other server...only i`m there
