EVERYONE with ratio < 0.2 - read this, page 1

ok... i'm tired and overwhelmed by those people cheating wait time system and not willing to share and upload to others what they've got. sorry...

i had to do something, and what i could do and did is following: azureus allows you to block some special ip ranges and never connect to them. it means that if i don't want to upload to somebody, i will not. as of right now i have 13 users blocked in azureus.  basically 13 those at the top of 'worst sharers' stats page. i want you to note, that you guys will not be able to connect to me and download from me unless you jack your ratio up to at least 0.50. the list is growing every day. so at the end i will only give out to those who wants to share having thousands of blocked ips.

well, hope that will not happen. so, whenever you bring your ratio to .50, my dearest worst sharers, you can send me a personal message about it, and i will remove your ip from blocks. ok?

all blocked in my azureus can still connect to other peers listed for files, but i would suggest good sharers to do the same. you can't see ip adresses at users pages, but if you want them ip numbers of poor sharers, i can send them to you.

i know, i know... but what the hell else can i do? my blocked list has 37 people right now. i wish there was a way to do something on behalf of the server, but bittorrent structure was designed the way so that nothing can be possibly changed. unless protocols are rewritten. but it's a whole lot of work.. maybe i should take it as a challenge myself and code a torrent client that communicates with the tracker to also get unwanted peers and restricted by waittime and such, and... oh... seems to be a  tremendous task...
