Problem with download, page 1

I have a problem with downloading sets . I have bit comet  and utorrent and none of them work with the torrents from this site ( i don` have this problem when i`m downloading from other sites). when i click on the torrent to download in my bit torrent client it simply doesn`t start although when i`m downloading via the opera browsere it works but that way i can`t seed anything and i received the RATIO WARNING message. Can anybody help me with this ??

I tried uTorrent/File/Add Torrent from URL and I couldn't download a torrent from URL also
But if you download and save the torrent, using a browser, and use File/Add Torrent ... then uTorrent works fine which means uTorrent downloads and uploads the files defined by the torrent file.

Well thats the problem that i tried it before and still i can`t download :(

It is clear you can download files but you cannot seed them.
I do not use BitComet, so I could talk about uTorrent. But, first try to identify the status of the client.
All the information you need is in Options/Preferences …
For example in Preferences: Queuing there is a Limit the upload rate to field . “Setting this value to 0 is equivalent to telling µTorrent to stop the torrent job. This value is interpreted as KB/s, so please enter it as such.” This prevents the client from seeding.
