Beatport is a great place to find new tracks and artists, it's like an enclocypedia for Dj's and trax. As for DC++ its a program where you need to share in order to download. You go into specific hubs and search for whatever you want. There are no viruses and usually good speeds. Some hubs that I'm in are "insomniak house", "pure house music". Look it up in google if you want to download it. There are always emule and soulseek but I prefer DC++.
