HELP!...can't open folder,,,,, page 1

Absolute newbie here, I downloaded:

::"DanceDepartment (Junkie XL,James Zabiela,Chus & Ceballos,Carl Cox,Roger Sanchez,Ferry Corsten,Tiefschwarz,Marco V[1].,Steve Lawler,Sharam Jey) @ 538 radio -05-nov-2006::

Once it had "apparently" downloaded,  I was unable and still, cannot open the folder to listen or view the contents.

Has anyone else encounted something like this?

I'm guessing its a ZIP file and you have to unzip it.  If the filename ends with ".ZIP" or ".RAR" you need to unpack the folder, go to "www.winzip.com" and download the free software. Hope that helps

No sorry that doesn't... ha ha I have both WinRAR and WInZIP on my computer. When viewing it, it doesn't have an icon (winrar or zzip icon if you know what I mean) just a the normal folder icon. When using WinRAR, it says it's a system folder but can't extract???

This is insane....

maybe if u r using u torrent or any torrent client while downloading it will be .ut ( if u r using u torrent) or any other (.bla bla) wso make sure that u r torrent client is not making this file as a . somthing u r computer won't recognize it
