Upload failed, page 1

Nooctua user on October 2nd, 2006 / post 11668

I have now tried twice to upload set from Space closing party yesterday and both of the times I will get this error message:

"upload failed...
you forgot to agree with the required uploading regulations. please click browser back button and try again."

I have checked all the four boxes on upload site, what might be wrong?
